Terms and Conditions

By booking and entering any of our facilities you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions:
Before you book:
-
Payment: Payment can be made via credit/debit card or Apple/Google Pay through our website
-
Becoming a site member: This feature simplifies managing your bookings and rescheduling sessions within our 24-hour policy
-
Confirmation of booking: A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided on your booking form. If you haven’t received it within 15 minutes, check your spam and junk folders. Your booking is only confirmed once you’ve received the email and payment has been processed. The confirmation email will also include your session time and date
-
Entry code: The gate/door is secured with a coded padlock and you’ll receive the code in your confirmation email. Please ensure you have it before your session begins
-
Directions: Your confirmation email and our website link to the main gate with what3words. Click the link to open Google Maps, Apple Maps or Waze for directions. Avoid using any postcode; you’ll end up at a farm or housing estate
-
Weather: You are responsible for checking the weather in advance and deciding if it is suitable for you and your dog(s) to still visit. Rescheduling is only available if more than 24hours notice is given
-
Rescheduling: Bookings can be rescheduled via "Manage My Bookings" on our website up to 24 hours before your session is due to start.
-
Cancellation: Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds but you can amend your booking up to 24 hours before by going to the "Manage My Bookings" tab at the top of our website (you cannot reschedule after this)
-
Parking: We strictly limit sessions to two vehicles. Anyone with more than two will be asked to leave as we’re limited to parking spaces. Please watch video of which ever facility you are attending as this shows where to park. If you choose to park on site, you do so at your own risk. Head2Paws accept no responsibility for any loss or damage (under no circumstances should you leave your vehicle parked on the pavement or roadside, this is a busy road and people use the footpath daily)
-
Gift voucher: Please use your gift voucher before or on its expiry date. After this, the amount will be deducted and the voucher will become invalid. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The voucher’s value will reduce your total. For example, if you have £2 left on a £6 voucher and want a £6 service, you’ll need to pay £4 at checkout. We don’t provide change for the remaining balance.
-
Vaccinations and flea treatments:In line with veterinary advice, we recommend that all dogs visiting are up to date with vaccinations and flea treatments
-
Maximum number of dogs and people per booking: We accept up to a maximum of 8 dogs per session and 4 people per session. CCTV is checked regularly

Children: Children need to be supervised at all times. Equipment in the adventure park is for dogs only.

Dangerous dog/ XL Bullies:
-
Your dog must be registered with the Index of Exempted Dogs (IED). This registration is required if any issues arise. You must also have third-party insurance for your dog and be able to provide it if needed.
-
XL Bullies can be walked off-lead and unmuzzled alone or with dogs from their own household. No other dogs from other households are permitted. If there are dogs from different households, the XL Bully must remain muzzled and on a lead.
-
Your Bully must be neutered by the government’s deadline. Additionally, your dog must be microchipped.
when you arrive and leave:
-
Please arrive no more than five minutes before your session. Many of our customers have nervous or reactive dogs and arriving vehicles can upset or disturb their training. Parking is limited and there’s no waiting area. PLEASE NOTE: you and your dog(s) must remain in your vehicle until the previous customer has left the area. If there are any issues please call on 07581274444
-
5-minute field or 10-minute park buffers are in place to prevent congestion at the gate and on the road. These buffers ensure no one is in the facilities or car park. Please don’t think this is free time to leave late or arrive early. Anyone leaving late or entering early will be charged appropriately. This charge must be paid before your next visit and will be refunded to the customer whose time you interrupted.
-
Once the previous customer has left, please drive in and park. If you’re using the secure walking field, close and lock the gate behind you before letting your dog(s) out. For the Adventure park or washroom, keep your dog on a lead until you’ve secured them inside the facility with locked gate/door. PLEASE NOTE if the customer before you is late exiting please do not get out of your vehicle to approach them, please contact us on 07581274444
While you're with us:
-
Users should inspect the site to ensure it’s suitable for them and their dogs. While security measures have been implemented, escape proofing isn’t guaranteed. Head2paws isn’t responsible for escapes. If you’re concerned the site isn’t suitable for you or your dogs, please don’t enter.
-
The fenced section of the field and park is a large outdoor space with potential hazards. This includes uneven ground, holes concealed under long grass or other vegetation and overhanging branches from trees that may fall or have fallen, containing other countryside hazards. Head2Paws cannot be held liable for any injury caused or contributed to by these hazards.
-
Do not allow your dog(s) to dig holes or damage the fencing. We do have a sand pit at the bottom of the Adventure Park for them to dig in as digging outside the sand pit can cause damage to our drainage system under the membrane PLEASE NOTE if damage does occur please contact us on 07581274444
-
You agree that all park equipment is for dogs only. You won’t climb, play on or stand on it or let anyone else. If any equipment is damaged due to negligence the cost to repair or replace it will be invoiced to the person who booked the session. Also do not move any equipment as this can cause damage. PLEASE NOTE if damage does occur please contact us on 07581274444
-
You’re responsible for picking up your dog’s poo and disposing of it in the provided bins. CCTV is in operation and after your second warning, you’ll be stopped from using our facilities.
-
Please wear suitable clothing and footwear at all times especially during periods of wet weather when the ground may be wet, muddy, slippery or icy
-
Please do not leave litter of any kind on the ground in the field or park, in particular cigarette ends, broken toys, dog fur, any kind of dog or human food and food wrappers (rubbish must be taken home with you and not put in the dog waste bin)
-
